An important question for any artist is: How can I built a career and simultaneously be true to myself? It’s an important question, and during the twenty years I’ve taught writing, hundreds of students have expressed the belief that success and personal integrity are mutually exclusive.
The Lifewriting approach to fiction suggests that not only do these two qualities overlap, but that the safest, surest, most satisfying path to discovering your true voice, your deepest creative flow, and ultimately crafting the most satisfying career, is to be true to yourself. It suggests that Aristotle’s famous debate concerning the relative merits of plot and character is a trick: Plot and character are actually two sides of the same coin. Character is best revealed through action. And plot is merely what happens when a given character engages with a specific situation. It is not only possible, but advisable, to shift back and forth between those perspectives, seeking to create a seamless whole.
How do you, personally, define character? You MUST have some theory or feeling for the human condition, or you’ll have nothing to write about. The best and simplest way to learn characterization is to study psychology. And the best psychological study is yourself. Why? Because you have more information about what makes you you than you will ever have about what makes anyone else tick.
What this path demands is the honesty and courage to look deeply into your own life, and some model to organize the different aspects of your personality and emotional history. Then you need some mechanism to help you apply your discoveries to your writing.
The very finest model of the human condition is the 6,000 year old model from India, the “chakras” of yoga. Supposedly seven energy centers within and around the human body, they mirror Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs. Both yogis and psychologists suggest that until the “lower” more basic needs are met, one cannot move to the next level of life.
The Chakras represent survival, sexuality, power, emotion, communication, intellect, and spirit. Let’s take a peek into the way each of these “levels” can be used to connect your inner emotional world, and your writing.
1) Survival. What are your deepest fears? Remember that fear underlies most anger, and fear turned inside-out inspires most comedy. What comic or horrific use can you make of your own most secret fears? Create characters with the same concern and needs. I promise you: plenty of your readers will have the same problems. Die Hard and a hundred other movies a year punch this button. We fear dying, disfigurement, abandonment, old age, and diseaseall survival values. All superb story sources.
2) Sexuality. What turns you on? Sexuality can be an important aspect of your character’s lives . What was you r first experience? Best? Worst/ Most recent? Least ethical? At what point do you feel you began to have mature sexual relationships? When do you think that sexuality is appropriate or inappropriate? What people in your experience have been uplifted, healed, damaged or debased in their sexual interactions? Every one of them is a character, and an opportunity for you to express your opinions and philosophies. The movie A History of Violence used sex brilliantly to help us understand the powerful bond between the leads.
3) Power. What is your physical condition? What does it say about your actions, values, and priorities? Craft characters with distinct physical attributes, and allow their life history to express itself in their movement and appearance. Rocky or Million Dollar Baby utilize dynamic training and fight scenes to express depths of passion and desperation. While physical power is the most basic form, this evolves into financial and political powerany form of control over self, family, or others. Explore your own attitudes toward these kinds of power, and begin to craft characters who breathe.
4) Love. What is love? Mature affection as opposed to immature “puppy love”? Love for one’s children and family. Love for country? For all mankind? What is the difference between love and sexual attraction? What is the price you see people paying for their heart space connections? What are the greatest advantages and disadvantages of human contact? Forrest Gump is about a man with a beautiful loving heart…and the mind of a child. His life is better than almost anyone he ever meets, despite their advantages.
5) Communication. What is your belief about education and perception? What is our obligation to communicate with clarity and honesty? What kind of mischief is caused by miscommunication? Is verbal communication better, more immediate and more honest than nonverbal? In Billy Budd, an inarticulate character strikes a man dead, largely due to frustrated communication.
6) Intellect. What are your intellectual strengths? Weaknesses? When have you had to modify your world view because reality didn’t match your theories and beliefs? Creator with Peter O’Toole tells of a brilliant scientist locked in an intellectual prison, unable to deal with the death of his beautiful wife. ago. He must either change his map of the world, or his heart will die.
7) Spirit. What are your spiritual beliefs? Are you an atheist? Agnostic? Buddhist? Christian? What do you see as the spiritual and philosophical differences? If you didn’t use the specific labels, could you create characters of each type, and demonstrate the differences? If so, why? If not, why not? Have you ever had a crisis in faith? Ever felt a prayer was answered? Did it happen in a way you expected, or otherwise? Ghandi dealt with a man of great spiritual commitment who found the strength to loosen the grip of the greatest empire the world has ever seen.
Once you have thought through each of these levels as they apply to your own life, you are now able to create characters of uncommon complexity and depth. And you have taken a huge step toward releasing your true writing potential…whether your intent is artistic, commercial, or, most wisely, both.

Normally atoms have equal numbers of Protons with positive charge and Electrons with negative charge. This parity is upset when an electron sometimes moves to another atom because of friction, pressure or induction, and leaves the parent atom with a positive charge, or “ionized”. The energy that emerges thus remains stagnant until it is earthed or otherwise neutralized or an electrostatic discharge (ESD) takes place. If the charge builds up and the ESD is severe, it could have serious consequences like a person receiving a shock, which can sometimes be fatal, or equipment getting damaged, or even fire and explosion. The annual loss brought on by this phenomenon in the United States run into billions of dollars. Naturally, the problem has to be tackled effectively.
To start with, static electricity has to be located, say in a manufacturing plant, and its magnitude assessed, preferably by experts. Precision instruments for this task are available. The next step is to decide on the most suitable equipment or system to provide the required protection. Here a significant point is that the rate, or speed, at which the neutralizing should take place. Sudden drainage of the charge may damage some delicate equipment.
Since the problem starts with the loss of Electron in an atom, the logical method is to restore the balance by providing that particle. Spreading compressed ionized air with the help of blowers or pulsed DC bars is an effective system to neutralize static electricity. Antistatic tablemats and floor mats are also used. Another method is the use of an antistatic brush or nozzle. Neutralizing static electricity by conducting the charge to the ground can be achieved by proper earthing. Eliminators that can be strapped to the shoes also ground the charge. Some people use adjustable wristbands. There are also antistatic sprays and antistatic coatings for surfaces. Other instruments to eliminate static electricity include antistatic bars and air knives.
Major manufacturers of static eliminators would assess the threat perception and recommend the ideal protective system.

Being in the Ministry for a few years now, I’ve noticed one major
issue that most Christians seem to have trouble with that issue is understanding prayer.
I can not count how many times people talk as if prayer is a foreign thing, or the numbers of prayers will equal success with getting God to move on your part. I too, have struggled with this issue for many years. I use to think that prayer was some form of special God given talent; futhermore, I would try and find someone who I thought could really pray, to pray for me, as if their great prayers could help me in my problems. I can recall seeing a church billboard saying “praying with many tears can move mountains with God.” As I was reading this sign, the Spirit of God moved on me and said, “prayer of tears will not make me move, only prayers that are based on the word of God.”
With Gods words, hovering in my heart, I started to think about that statement, “Only prayers that are based on the word of God will make God move.” I have always tried to base my prayers on what the Bible said, yet with little to no real action from God. So what are prayers based on the word of God. Well, that is what we are going to explore in this newsletter. We will start the process of Understanding Prayer.
First thing I would recommend for you is to forget everything you know about prayer, and with this study to start and rebuild your thought and understanding of prayer. Now some might say, Brother Daryl that is a big statement, and I would reply “Yes it is”, yet I am almost confident that you, as I was have learned prayer in an religious form, and not what the Bible says prayer is.
Now, there are numerous types of prayer, and I will not be going into the different prayers. I want to show you what prayer is, and how you can to start to use prayer in an effective way.
Prayers based on the word of God, are not easy prayers. If you are going to base your prayer on the word of God, then you are going to have to know the word of God. Let’s look at
Joshua 1:5-9
“No man will be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I have been with Moses, I will be with you; I will not fail you or forsake you. [6]” Be strong and courageous, for you shall give this people possession of the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. [7]” Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go. [8] ” This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will
make your way prosperous, and then you will have success. [9] ” Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord! your God is with you wherever you go.”
Notice, in the above scripture; God told him to not let the
book or words of the Law depart from his mouth. Why is that? Well God has put his will for us in the word of God, and we must know the word of God in order to understand what God’s will is for our life.
2 Tim. 2:15
“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.”
Have you ever wondered why you must handle the word of God with such care? It’s not that you must quote the scriptures to people, or be able to argue the scriptures at a moment notice. Their must be a reason why God puts so much infuness on the word of God?
Psalm 119:76
“O may your lovingkindness comfort me, According to Your word to your servant.”
This scripture shows a key for the reason that we must study the
word of God and keep it before us daily. The world of God is our guide to what God wants in our life. Remember, in 1 Joshua 1:8 reads “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.” Now, for when you will make your way prosperous. There is defiantly a connection between what we speak and the word of God. We can see this even more clearly in some New Testament teachings.
Mark 11:24
“Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.”
Here is another key to understanding prayer, Jesus says what ever we ask for in prayer, believe that we have received them. Jesus is giving us the definition of faith.
Hebrews 11:1-2
“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. [2] For by it the men of old gained approval.”
In its basic form, pray must be firm and rooted in faith. So one may ask, Brother Daryl, if it must be firm and rooted in faith, why are you telling me it must be based on the word of God. Here is why. It must be firm, in order, to believe what you ask for. If you really don’t believe that you will receive, then you will not hold fast to your prayer.
James 1:6-8
“But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. [7] For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, [8] being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”
And how can it be rooted in faith with out the word of God?
Hebrews 11:6
“And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.”
Hebrews tells us that it is impossible to please God without faith, and if we are going to approach God we must believe that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. This can not get much simpler. We need faith in order to get our prayers answered. So how do we get this faith?
Hebrews 12:2
“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
First we must understand that Jesus is the author and finisher of
our faith. This means that we have the same faith as Jesus has. He was the creator of your faith and he had perfected your faith. So, why can we not get any prayers answered, simple we are not applying our faith to the will of God. For the most part, most of us do not really know what Gods will is for us, so how can we pray it. There lies the problem, when we pray “Father if it be they will” this is really a cop out, it’s a lazy prayer. If we are going to get results in our life, we are going to have to know the will of God for our life, and there is only one way of doing this, by faith. How is faith built?
Romans 10:17
“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.”
We can see it’s by reading the word of God, our Bible, what we can get our faith to operate at full potential. See Jesus created the faith, and the word of God will prefect it. We need to quite trying to con God into answering our prayers. What we need to do is start to understand how to pray. Think of prayer like a baseball player. Does he get up to bat to strike out? No, he wants to hit a home run every time he gets up to bat. And that is how we should be, Prayer is hard work, and it’s like home work when you’re in school. You will get out of prayer what you put into it.
In conclusion, it’s by knowing the word of God, and keeping the word in our mouth that we can start to produce the faith that will please God and get him to move on our part. It is not how much you pray, or how many times a day that you pray, it’s really what you are saying that will make the difference in your prayer life. Base your pray’s on the word of God and you will see God move in your life.
In Part 2 of Understanding Prayer, I will show you how to Pray Effectively. I will show you how to apply this lesson as well as part 2, and you will have the right foundation to be a Master in the art of Prayer.

Have you ever sat there trying to make a decision yet, you just couldn’t. If only I had more information, or a proverbial crystal ball, you think to yourself. Many times when you are avoiding making a decision, it stems more from being afraid of making the wrong decision.
This has become an epidemic in many places and organization. This fear shuts down communication, creates more challenges and generally comes with a high price tag.
“But what if my decision cost me or the company?” are words I hear people say.So they want to analyze everything almost to the death of the original choice. The fear of being wrong can cripple them into never succeeding. Yet, it is ok to not get it right each time. It is about learning and growth, just as you did as a child, It is ok.
I have seem organizations and governments hold off on decisions until they have taken the time to hire a committee to research, analyze and bring in data, even on smaller issues. I have also seen committees come back with, that the results were inconclusive. So they shelf the idea and the opportunity has passed them by.
Now I would in no way promote people being reckless and choosing blindly, but there needs to be a time where you stand up and decide and let the chips fall where they may.
Let’s look at how most successful entrepreneurs deal with decisions. They make them. And they make them as quick as possible, often without all of the information in front of them. Through experience, they have learned to trust their instincts and have learned to communicate with themselves on the issues.
How did they get the experience?
Through making decisions and learning from their mistakes. They often state that you need to “fall forward fast”, learn what works and doesn’t work, learn from your mistakes and move forward. While others are waiting until everything is perfect, they are succeeding with a wealth of experience and understanding behind them.
Many successful corporations just got their product and service out there and fixed things along the way as they received the feedback from clients and customers.
There were others with similar products of a much higher quality, but they never succeeded because they waited for everything to be right, while the decision makers cornered the market.
It is important to remember that decision, creates more decision. Once you decide something, it can lead you to making decisions that are more informed. It is the same principle as energy begets energy. Getting started is the hardest motion, but once you get going the momentum increases and most things get easier.
If decisions still scare you start with something small and practice, practice, practice. Don’t have regrets, just learn from them and move forward. It could be as simple as what to have for breakfast. Decide quickly and if it wasn’t the best decision, so what, you learned something. Another meal is soon
approaching giving you more opportunities to decide.
Then expand to more and more important issues, while you discover your inner power and control over your own life.
Remember, you are already on your way. After all you decided to read this.

Most people watched the Superbowl out of shear
entertainment, while taking it quite seriously at the same
time. It gives their fans a sense of comradary and
pride. There’s nothing like a football game to unite people.
Most of them know the rules inside and out and can make
the calls quicker than the announcer. This leaves me
asking, if so many people can understand this game, why
don’t they know God’s rule book of plays in their own lives?
If more people would put that amount of time and effort that
it takes to memorize all the players’ statistics, why then can’t
they learn the statistics that God has given us for our own
good? It’s very clear that when we learn the proper plays in
life as we go up against the opposing team, we will be more
than just conquerors, we will be victorious! Everyone loves
to have a victory in their life but do little about it.
As the game started out, the Sea Hawks won the kick off
and got their first 3 points. I’m not saying that the Sea
Hawks are the enemy, they aren’t, but in God’s world, we all
have a very real enemy called Satan. He opposses us at
every play. Once he gets his foot in the door, or his first 3
points, it’s almost impossible from keeping him from
coming all the way in…unless you know what your game
plan will be to keep that from happening. Fortuneatly for the
Steelers, they did know what to do.
The thing about the Steelers is, not one player acted any
better than anyone else. In fact, they all pulled their weight
and then some. They pulled together. When pride enters
into our lives, the enemy will use that to beat us down. So
through team effort, the Steelers came back with a 7 point
touchdown and the game just proceeded from there to the
Steelers advantage. The Sea Hawks could not over take
them after that. But they tried valiantly, just as Satan will do
to us. He will use stronger stradegies and hit harder.
In our Christian lives, we need to know without a doubt how
we are going to oppose our enemy from taking the game
over. Remember; just keep focused!
First of all, as we are new to this walk this is where we need
to get all the practice we can get, we are still rookies. It’s
these rookies that Satan is waiting to recruit back to his
team. If you don’t stay strong in your game, you will be
traded back to him before you know what happened. As any
football player knows, his skills and knowledge comes from
alot of time and effort put into it, until they know it inside out.
It’s no different for Christians who want to be at the top of
their game either. Since God’s Word can be overwhelming
at first, we need to gather together with other Christians
regularly to learn and to grow. That is why God gives us our
coaches. They spur us on, they make us understand the
plays to our advantage. The end result is to realize that all
of our training is to honor God. The Steelers wanted to make
their city of Pittsburgh proud of them also.
If you are serious about being a team player for God, you
have to recognize the authority of Christ as your leader. You
have to learn to humble yourself and serve Him by serving
others. You can no longer be in the center spot light. But just
as Big Ben gets most of the attention, he could not have
done that one important play without the help of Heinz Ward.
We need Christ to partner with us also in order to make our
winning touchdowns! We can’t do this game without the
help of our Christian team players. God gives us pastors,
preachers, teachers to talk with us and give us the rules to
His game. If the football players didn’t listen to their
coaches, they would not be playing pro footabll. We must
learn to respect the authority of those He puts in our lives.
Our time of study and meditation takes alot of practice in
order to get it just right. It doesn’t all happen over night, or
even in one lifetime. But the most important thing to
remember is to keep doing what you’re doing. It takes
dilegence, patience, time, practice, and endurance. It’s not a
question of ever giving up. Yes, it’s a hard road, but it’s worth
it in the end. Just ask any of the Steelers. They kept their
eyes on the prize and now can say the acheived it! And I
can’t help but believe that they give all the credit to the Lord
for their victory. God honors this.
“For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and
this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.
Who is it that is victorious over the world but he who
believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God (who adheres
to, trusts in, and relies on that fact)?” 1 Jn.5:4-5 (Amplified)
Life is not all about football, but it does give us a sense of
comradery and it also gives us a new insight in which to
observe this game. Will you ever watch it the same way now
knowing that your own life is based on the same principles?
Is your life worth the time and effort of learning the stradegy
plays between life and death as much as knowing the rules
of a football game? Get determined to make your own
touchdowns!
To me, I think football is alot more complicated than
learning the True Word of God. At least I know if I make the
right moves and do the plays His way, then I am sure to be
victorious! I no longer just take it in a passive “whatever”
kind of attitude. I am now determined to win!
This reminds me of how passionate people are about their
home teams, but where is their passion for Christ? Is it
lukewarm? I pray that it isn’t because this is what Jesus
says about those who are:
“I know your (record of) works and what you are doing; you
are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were cold or hot! So,
because you are lukewarm and neither cold nor hot, I will
spew you out of My mouth!” Rev. 3:15-16 (Amplified)
What will your scoreboard say when your game is over? Will
Christ spit you out or will He embrace you in His loving
arms?
To be a winner in God’s team is to know you are not a loser!

As soon as we hear this so-called word ‘Omen’ we squeeze our nose and feel like the people of this modern age. The people who are living in the ‘Scientific era’ and this appears to be a matter of great shame if they believe upon this seemingly trash. But I ask you one question and please give me your answer right straight to your heart. Have you ever searched about these things like an unbiased scientist? Science says that we must leave out some of the things since they are nothing but mere co-incidences without any significance at all. Conversely, saints say in the God’s creation everything has reason. Who is right saint or scientist? Have you ever taken enough pain to search out the reality? Or you just veiled yourself in the scientific dogmatism as soon as you come across these things? Tell me are you just the gramophone that runs on to sing the already recorded song? Newton invented the theory of gravity since he did not pass on the so-called common phenomena occurring from centuries. He got something uncommon in the falling of the ‘Apple’. The ‘Apple’ which has become legend now. If Newton would have passed on this incident as mere co-incidence he had lost his eternity. He got eternity because he saw the uncommon in the common. He was not a common man who sees everything without any new perspective at all. But what about you? Every man is a born scientist; once he understands that he has also the same mind as all have. The difference borders on very thin line when we turn ourselves escapists to say ‘Friends we are not scientists we are common human beings’.
In the Vedas it is written in the clearest of terms that the whole universe is nothing but an idea. I took this truth straight to my heart. Then I heard Vivekananda’s saying that ‘Everything has reason in this universe. So, we can’t say anything unreasonable’. I engraved this quotation deep into the pigeonholes of my brain and went on unveiling the truth especially of the omens. I decided right then that I would not take any of the incidents or co-incidents on physical level rather I would locate the thought behind it. Since the Vedas say life is nothing but the mass of thoughts.
The case is the same, which I discussed, in my last article ‘Free will exists or not’. The hero of this case history is the same young man. Here is the story:
I don’t remember the exact month and date of this incident. But more or less it was the evening of April, 2004. I was preparing to go into my meditation room. Just in the mid-way the young man called me back “Bhaiya (brother) just give me five minutes”. I came back in utter frustration thinking that boy had no sense. When he knows that I am going to meditate why he is disturbing me a lot? He could have waited for a while. Why this boy seems to me always impatient? Always involved into his problems without caring a bit about others?
However, I suppressed my emotions since I did not want to hurt him. He asked me “Brother do you think I can be a Pilot because since 4 years I have been struggling hard without finding a ray of hope in my way?” As soon as he asked the question I started noticing some strange phenomena occurring around me which I will discuss later. After noticing all the phenomena I told him he would be a Pilot undoubtedly but after going through lot of uncertainties and unexpected hindrances. He asked what kind of uncertainties and obstacles would be there? I told him that I couldn’t say right now. But still you would have a last laugh I am sure. He went back to his home with little satisfaction and lingering hope.
Before telling you what happened around me to enable me to peep into young man’s future just add something into your mind. Whenever any idea takes birth in your mind it gives birth to another chain of baby- thoughts outside. I call these baby-thoughts the voice of God. However, you must have proper eyes to behold these infant- thoughts. They contain in themselves all the possible outcome of your idea. They tell the future.
Now recollect the boy called me in the mid- way when I was going for meditation. And I came back in utter frustration. Now, stop and observe. The idea of becoming Pilot germinated in the young man’s mind. That idea gave birth to another idea of putting obstacle in spiritual journey of mine and then went on projecting the idea of frustration on my part. When anybody is going for worship and somebody stops him, do you think it is a good omen? No, someone is going for a good work and you are putting obstacle it is a sheer sin on your part.
So, precisely, his idea initially gave birth to twin brothers namely the idea of obstacle and the idea of frustration. Then I noticed during my conversation that my child was wailing as the roof might have fallen upon him. The idea is of weeping. Then I felt greatly disgusted thinking he must went away. I lost my whole interest in his question. The idea was of disinterestedness.
Right then I heard a noice of falling of some utensils in my kitchen. The idea is of falling or disturbances whatever you may term as. But at last I saw my mother was lighting incense in front of a deity. The idea was of spiritual blessing.
So, now note down the different ideas, which took birth as soon as the question emanated in the young man’s mind. They were namely obstacles, frustration, disinterestedness, weeping, falling and at last spiritual blessing. Therefore, I told him that he would become pilot but only after going through a lot of lean phases. The boy became pilot in November 2004. Before November 2004, the boy got lot of opportunities, tons of hopes, host of assurances but without any fructification at all. He became entirely hopeless. A part of it I also shared with him. Since I was doing experiment if it might succeed it will boost me up to go further. Or I will stuck right there. However I am grateful to god he showed me the right way.
Now go slightly deeper. Remember from the seeds of the previous karmas your future- tree blooms. In other words your past- deeds decide the future since karmas are the root cause of the forthcoming incidents. Okay I found the future interwined in the present but was it possible to locate his past karmas as well out of the same events happened around me? Now recollect the incidents again namely wailing, falling of utensils and obstacles in spiritual journey of mine. Don’t you think there was a kind of violence in all those incidents? As I told you that my child was weeping as ‘roof might have fallen over him’. The falling of utensils naturally would create lot of harsh sounds. The obstacles in my spiritual journey resulted in good amount of frustration on my part. It made me highly irritated. I was finding myself unable to face the boy even for a moment.
And those all were done by his single question. Why his question created such a turbulent atmosphere? So, there must be something behind his question also. And that ‘Behind’ obviously was his karmas which he did in his last births. The severity and the violent nature of the omens clearly showing the karmas were very far from being good. However, karmas emanate from a particular habit. The habit was his selfishness, which projected the question. So, behind his karmas his tendency of selfishness must be responsible. And this selfishness must be great because the omens were bordering upon abnormality. God message was clear “the boy would not be able to start his career unless he uproots his inherited root of selfishness”.
However, at last the burning of incense in front of a deity was like the silver lining between the dark clouds. It was clearly indicating that the boy would be able to eradicate his deficiency of selfishness, which simultaneously led to start his career.
But why this so called selfishness caused hindrances in his career? It is the mystery, which I leave upon you to unravel.

There is no refuting the fact that the triumph of an organisation is because of the hard work of the workforce, yet one event can easily wipe out your efforts & reduce the financial profits to dust. Thus, to evade such an occurrence, you should insure your business, whether it is a small firm or a giant corporation. Yet, please consider that smaller businesses are considerably more likely to require business insurance cover in today’s harsh world. This is mostly as smaller firm owners will have put their entire lives & salary into the business.
A number of the things usually guarded by nearly every business insurance covers consist of: natural catastrophes, hurricanes, machine or equipment defect that shuts down the firm, loss of money down to personnel failure & legal action brought against the business.
There are countless insurance businesses, which provide policy covers that include both protection for all major property and legal risks in one package. You can also select a separate cover. Such a policy cover is typically labelled as a business owners’ policy (BOP). Large sized companies may acquire a business-related policy cover. Buy public liability insurance from a regulated company today.
BOPs comprise of office insurance for buildings & tools belonging to the company. If there is any loss of profits caused by disruption of systems & trade because of catastrophes such as fire, it can be covered under the Business Interruption policy.
There are a number of specific policies, which protects the company’s legal duty for the injury it might well inflict to others. It’s the result your organisation’s failure to do the business operations. It can also be the physical injury or building damage caused owing to defective items, faulty fittings and slip-ups in services offered.
However, BOPs don’t cover professional liability, car insurance, workers’ compensation or health and disability cover. In this instance separate policies are vital for professional services, motor vehicles & employees. On the whole, floods, earthquakes and terrorist attacks are not covered in the business policy. Please double check before you purchase!

Another critical factor to be aware of, is the efficient use of time. If a routine is performed in approximately one hour, the muscle gains will be much less than if the exact same routine was performed in half and hour. This aspect is a “secret” to most. Time is one of the most effective ways to increase intensity of effort.
When performing a workout, your breathing should be more rapid than normal. This should start to happen within the first minute of your workout. Ideally, your breathing should not return to a normal pace until at least ten minutes after you finish your workout. If your breathing pace has not increased, then you are not training rapidly enough. This will seriously reduce your rate of muscle gains.
I have rarely seen guys at the gym willing to train at the required pace. An unwillingness to work hard is the number one reason for lack of muscle gains. To inspire maximum results from training, you must train hard. Your breathing and heart rate must be elevated. But you know what. Such a pace only needs to be sustained for fifteen to twenty minutes. Any additional length will prove a waste of your time and effort.
When I first learned this secret, I focused on this one factor almost entirely. Doing this had a direct impact on all of the other factors involved. Training the largest muscle groups of the body at an elevated pace, until momentary exhaustion, literally forces you to workout briefly. Fifteen to twenty minutes maximum.
By forcing a time constraint on your workouts, you immediately raise your level of intensity. Simultaneously, you will have managed to reduce the amount of time spent training. The absolute opposite of this method is working out six times a week, in a vain attempt to produce greater muscle gains. This is simply not an option. If that was what natural bodybuilding really required, I’d consider it to be a bad use of my time.
The best results from your training can, and should be achieved by exercising no more than three times a week. In most cases, maximum muscle gains will be achieved from only two workouts weekly. Training time should be no more then a total of sixty minutes per week, or twenty minutes for each workout. More often than not the greatest results will be obtained by reducing your total workout time per week to thirty minutes or less.
When focusing on reducing you workout times, training must be intense and fast paced. The rest period between sets should be reduced as quickly as possible to no more than sixty seconds. Eliminating rest periods almost entirely should be your ultimate goal. Although spending less time in the gym should be considered worthy, saving time is not the motivation for this method of training. Maximizing your overall muscle gains is.
Training at a rapid pace will dramatically improve the condition of your heart, breathing, circulation, and muscle endurance. In order to produce maximum muscle growth, fast training is a critical requirement. Performing the same routine in twice the time will greatly reduce your muscle gains.
The ultimate goal is to perform your routines in the shortest time possible. A consistently fast rate promotes enormous improvement in muscular size. Reducing or eliminating rest periods is the easiest way to minimize training time. The performance of your sets however, must remain slow and deliberate. Momentum should not be used to “cheat”, as this will risk injury. When the set is completed, the rest period before the next should be really brief. Speed between sets, not during them, is the key.
